Making a booking….
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a personalised version of the booking contract conditions (link above).
Receipt of the deposit is confirmation that the villa you have chosen is yours for the dates requested.
8 weeks prior to arrival, you will be invoiced for the balance and security deposit. We kindly ask this is paid on receipt of the invoice.
Once your booking is confirmed, our concierge team will send a villa specific questionnaire to get plans started.
The planning and preparation for your perfect holiday is of great importance to us, so if you require our concierge’s assistance at any time do not hesitate to drop us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
During your stay
Our competent team will be on hand from the time you arrive until departure. You will be given all of the necessary contact details and villa specific information on arrival.
In the unlikely event of there being any damage, we will either discuss this while you are here or within 24 hours of departure, we will then ask you to cover the cost. If there is no damage, your security deposit will be returned.
