Cavo Alkyoni offers four of the most luxurious and well-appointed villas on Corfu’s stunning northeast coast.

Each villa is fully equipped to host outdoor weddings and special events, featuring expansive terraces that can accommodate up to 100 guests (subject to local restrictions) and elegant on-site accommodation for up to 40 guests in total.

For all wedding and event bookings, a minimum one-week rental of all four villas is required. Please refer to our FAQs on this page for further details.

Do you have a licence to conduct wedding ceremonies?

We do not have a wedding licence but there are many alternative options for you to choose from.

What are the rental requirements for a wedding or event?

The minimum rental period is 1 week and our changeover day is a Monday.

We require the rental of all four villas.

 

 

Will pricing change if I book a wedding, event, or multiple villas?

Yes. Weddings, private events, or bookings that include the exclusive use of four villas are subject to higher pricing. This reflects the elevated level of privacy, exclusivity, and personalised service associated with these types of reservations, as well as the additional planning, staffing, and operational considerations involved.

Depending on the nature and scale of your booking, the increased cost may include bespoke services and curated extras, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.

Please note that any wedding or event booking will also incur the applicable event fees, as outlined below in addition to the accommodation costs.

What are your seating capacities?

Terrace Seating Capacities

  • Amalthea: up to 70 guests (or 100 with pool covering)
  • Pelagia: up to 70 guests (or 100 with restricted view)
  • Erato: up to 80 guests (or 100 with certain table styles)
  • Tugela: up to 70 guests

What are your venue fees?

In addition to the cost of the rental, our venue fees are charged per event and are quoted for depending the specific requirements – with a maximum of 2 events held on the Estate per wedding.

These fees cover the cost of furniture coordination – set up and removal, extra cleaning services, additional utility costs, parking and supplier co-ordination and administration.

 

 

What in-house wedding packages do you offer?

We do not offer any in-house wedding packages; however, we work closely with a preferred supplier who will collaborate with you and our team to create your perfect bespoke wedding options.

 

 

Do you offer wedding planning services?

We offer an in-house wedding planning service for intimate weddings of up to 30 guests.
For weddings exceeding this number, we recommend engaging professional planning services.

Our in-house coordination fee is 20% of the total booking cost.
